Add fat to your meal
There is good fat and there is bad fat. Many think we need to delete this from our lives to eat healthy. Well it’s just the opposite. In order for our bodies to digest well and burn the fat, we need the good fat which consist of avocado,peanut butter,almond butter, hummus etc. The body uses this fat for fuel to restore energy. Believe it or not,we need fat to burn fat however, it has to be the right source of fat. So please don’t ever think of going fat free in order to lose weight. The results will be disappointing if you cut this out entirely!
