Removing Toxins From Your Body…
One of the best ways to remove toxins from your body is to go on a cleanse. How do these toxins get in our body? Here are a few ways. Chemicals in the soil. Most of the fruits and vegetables we buy today at the big box stores have been sprayed with pesticides.
Though often misunderstood to refer only to insecticides, the term pesticide also applies to herbicides, fungicides, and various other substances used to control pests.
Under United States law, a pesticide is also any substance or mixture of substances intended for use as a plant regulator, defoliant, or desiccant.
And I’m not convinced I want these in my body. But that’s another debate… 🙂
Starting this Tuesday I’ll be going on a 10 day cleanse. Basically most of my food will be coming from high quality green super food in a liquid form. Go Bullet!! I’ll be drinking three (nutrient dense) green smoothies day.
Plus I’ll have other special nutrients that I take in to support my cleanse. Many people go on a cleanse to loose weight. Although this is not the main health benefit many people do loose a lot of weight quickly on a cleanse and that gives it a good appeal. 5-25lbs in 10 days… However, the real goal is optimal cellular nutrition. In just 10 days you give your body a reset. Think of it like changing the oil in your car. How many times a year do we do that? I would say if you are eating clean cleansing 2 times a year would be fine. Yet many of us have never done one in our life. So let me break this down for you. Here’s the daily schedule:
7am- Master amino acids
9am- Green smoothie/shake
11am- Master amino acids
1pm- Green smoothie/shake
3pm- Master amino acids
5pm- Green smoothie/shake
7pm- Meal 300 calories for every 1/2hr I wok out.
I will also be taking some other supplements that are designed to balance hormones and help with eye, skin, and ligament health. My workout sessions will be 1/2 total every day. Because I will be very calorie deficient I won’t push too long in the gym. I’m very excited to see what 10 days of high quality green (nutrient dense) supper foods will do for my body!
