I Am

IS SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR CONTROL? If you are facing challenges that you feel you cannot control, you probably feel down when you think about them. This is the time to use your ability to shift your focus at will, and turn it to the power of “I am.”

Instead of saying, “I am stressed, I am sad, I am angry, I am sick of this situation” begin affirming, “I AM doing the best I can. I AM seeing more support come forth. I AM finding new ways to cope. I AM in charge of how I look at this situation. I AM blessed in other ways.”

The word affirmation means to make firm in your mind. What is the positive “I AM” that you can affirm today? You’ll be amazed at what these two words can do when used consistently over time.
