HOW TO USE THE AVOCADO SEED
- Grate it or roast it and make it into a tea.
- Grind it into a powder and add it to your smoothies or meals. It is little bitter so add it to foods that will cover up the taste.

- Remove the skin, mash it until smooth and rub the mixture on the skin
- Leave on for a few minutes
- Rinse with warm water

AVOCADO IS GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR TOO
Same as above, but mix the mashed fruit with a little warm water. Avocado provides great hair treatment in combination with egg yolk, olive oil and to soften and nourish it naturally. It leaves your hair rejuvenated and well revitalized. This is especially good for dry or damaged hair. Leave on for 30 minutes and shampoo as normal when done.
