Turn Towards Love

HEADED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION? If you are in a situation where the outcome is out of your control, and you can’t stop imagining exactly what you don’t want to happen, reset right now. Move away from the fearful inner voice that delights in scaring you. All it does is distort reality, make up stories that are not true and take your emotions on a roller coaster ride.

Worrying does absolutely nothing to prevent the undesirable outcome from happening. In fact, the more you envision a negative reality, the more likely you are to create it. Instead, consciously place your focus on what you would like to see happen. Everything is going to be fine. The situation is going to be fine. It’s just a matter of time and a matter of focus. The right direction is always the one that makes you feel more at ease.
