What Channel Are You Tuning Into?

WHAT CHANNEL ARE YOU TUNING INTO?  If you are feeling anxious about something, and can’t stop imagining a negative outcome, it’s because you are tuning into the channel of the fearful inner voice that delights in being heard.  Remember, this voice loves to distort reality and spin stories that are absolutely not true.

To switch stations, make it a conscious effort to turn the dial towards the quieter, yet wiser enlightened voice that too often gets drowned out. You’ll know you’re on the right channel when you get that feeling that you are going to be fine, the situation is going to be fine, and that it’s just a matter of time.
