Wellness 101’s Favorite People, Places & Things 2015

A SPECIAL SECTION HIGHLIGHTING OUR FAVORITE WELLNESS PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS IN THE UNITED STATES IN 2015!  All of the winners are selected by the Hosts and Co-Hosts of Wellness 101.  We’ll be adding to this list in the 4th Quarter of 2015 as we visit incredible resorts, try awesome products, eat amazing foods and meet unforgettable people.  We hope that our favorite things become your favorite things too!

Here’s our list of favorites for 2015 in alphabetical order:

Bands And Body

We love Bands And Body because Trainer Dustin Conrad takes a very holistic, personalized approach to helping you become your best self.  They track your Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Fat, Circumference, Flexibility, Activities/Homework, and Diet.  During your first session, they assess, not only, your fitness level, but also any dysfunctional movement patterns, static posture deficiencies, and muscular imbalances. They do this with video footage, posture grids, and a trained eye. They also assess other areas of your life, like water intake, oxygen intake, stress levels, eating habits and food quality. Bands And Body prescribes subtle changes that are easy to implement.

KIND

KIND snacks makes our list thanks to their incredible all-natural snacks, their giving corporate culture and their superstar promotional rep Morganne Ruhnke.  We worked with Morganne to feature KIND products at more than a dozen events in 2015 and we gave out KIND products in several states during our Fall 2015 cross-country wellness tour.  Do The Kind Thing, a book by their visionary CEO Daniel Lubetzky, is a New York Times bestsellers and a must read for anyone who wants to become a more holistic entrepreneur and person.
