Are You Stressing and Fearing the Worst?

STRESSING AND FEARING THE WORST? From the most painful and unfair, to the most challenging and heart-wrenching – all difficult and complex situations that come up, make it easy for us to feel fearful and out of control.  When we are in tough situations, it doesn’t help that the negative voices in our head can sometimes add to our distress.

So, right now, no matter your challenge, bring yourself back to center.  Ask yourself how you want to see it ultimately unfold?  What will you do, should the worst manifest?  Visualizing what you want (versus just hoping that the worse doesn’t happen), AND making an action plan for worst case scenario, will bring you back to center.  Move towards the core of your power where you do have control.
