The answer to this is .when you have the most energy.I prefer morning because I feel that I will burn even more calories throughout the day if I start with this, however not everyone has energy at this hour. You want to make sure you have this drive because the result is that you will burn more fat when the heart rate is up. So reserve training when you have the most energy in the day.
