If you’re going on a diet I urge you to quit!
This is Drew Davidsen and I love writing about health topics.
Diets are a funny thing. Every year in January millions of people make a New Years resolution to LOOSE WEIGHT! All the local gyms start filling up with people who are determined this will be the year they get it done. Let me clue you in on a little secret… You’re never done. This is not a one and done deal. It’s about living life to the fullest. It’s about making lifestyle changes that promote living a long healthy life. On this blog I’m going to share what I’ve learned as I have carved away over 110lbs. In a span of about 5 years I went from 260lbs to 148lbs. And I have kept it off too. One this journey I increased muscle mass, lost body fat, increased bone density, lost inches on my waist and increased the hydration of my overall body. And I did this in my 40’s. Well I started at age 38. But a lot of this was accomplished in my 40’s. Stay tuned as I share my story here on Wellness 101.
